Dr. Ahmad Alqalaf is a General Dentist at Duggan Dental in Camrose
Dr. Ahmad Alqalaf attended Dalhousie University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Following graduation, Dr. Alqalaf and his family relocated to Camrose, where he began practicing general dentistry. Working in a smaller community has provided Dr. Alqalaf with the opportunity to gain experience in many different aspects of dentistry, allowing him to apply and refine a wide range of clinical skills.
Dr. Alqalaf enjoys all areas of general dentistry, including preventative care, crowns, bridges, implants, wisdom tooth extractions, Invisalign, and more. He takes pride in his attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Dr. Alqalaf values the importance of patient education and takes the time to ensure his patients understand their oral health and treatment options.
A passionate lifelong learner, Dr. Alqalaf continuously seeks to stay current with the latest research, technologies, and clinical advancements. Since graduation, he has completed numerous continuing education courses in neuromodulators, implant dentistry, gingival grafting, and wisdom teeth extraction. Most recently, he completed a master postgraduate residency in General Dentistry through the Ministry of Health in Kuwait.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Alqalaf enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling. He loves spending time with his wife Zoey, their daughter Alina, and their family dog Milo.
